Rescheduling Policies
You can reschedule an appointment within 48 hours notice.
You can change the appointment twice within A booking. The new appointment must be within 60 days of the original date. There will be an additional fee if changes are made within A 24hr notice.
If you need to re-schedule, there will be a $50 convenience fee which will be billed prior to shoot.
At ZayView we have A no refund cancellation policy, we understand unforeseen circumstances may happen, therefore please book accordingly and provide proper notice

We understand the importance of your satisfaction with the photos we provide. In the rare instance that you are not fully content with the outcome, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will respond in A timely manner.We are committed to addressing your concerns promptly ensuring that they meet your expectations. Your happiness with our service is our top priority.
If you're not completely satisfied with the final edits provided, rest assured that you have a full day, equivalent to 24 hours, to review and request any necessary modifications. Your feedback is essential to us, and we want to ensure that the end result aligns perfectly with your expectations. Remember, after the 24-hour period has passed, no further changes will be accommodated, and additional edits will incur charges.
Late Policy
Please arrive 15mins early for photo sessions. A $50 fee applies for extra time. Delays over 15mins will cancel the shoot. Thank you.
